Rape
The crime of rape ( or first-degree sexual assault in some states) generally refers to non-consensual sexual intercourse that is committed by physical force, threat of injury, and other duress. A lack of consent can include the victims inability to say "NO" to the sexual intercourse due to the effects of drugs, and alcohol. ( some peoples are drugged and has no idea of what is happening to them)
Although sexual assault can never be prevented, here are some suggestions to help reduce your risk of being a victim and being assaulted.
- Trust your guts. If you feel un-comfortable in a sistuation or area then leave right away.
- Be in charge of you and your life. Don't depend on others to help you survive and care for you. ( selling your body, etc.)
- Be cautious. If you are dating and looking for that special person please make sure you know where your going , how long, and where are you guy's going after you come from place 1. ( wear something accurate but sexy)
- Avoid
- walking in dark areas ( areas between building, garbage spaces, bushes, etc.)
- falling for lines such as "if you loved me".
- Falling asleep when on the date espically not in the car.
